Mpathy Plus recognised by the Audit Commission

The following is extracted from the Audit Commission's Inspection Report for Harvest Homes

The service delivered through Harvest Response was benchmarked in 2007 and 2008 through the Mpathy/Housemark benchmarking Contact Centre survey which helps identify areas of improvement as well as giving an understanding of how contact centres operate across the wider social housing sector and has been useful in comparing staffing, cost, performance, use of technology and value for money.
