Peabody Customer Profiling

Mpathy Plus have been appointed by Peabody to support them in updating essential information about their customers. This will consist of Mpathy Plus contacting each resident by telephone or e-mail and updating Peabody’s records. This will ensure that Peabody are able to improve services through having a better understanding of individual and households needs. Martin Jukes from Mpathy Plus stated ‘we are delighted to be working with Peabody in this area as it will make a real difference to the way in which customers are served in the future’. The project will run from January to April 2010.
