mpathy is Changing to Mpathy Plus

mpathy has changed its name to Mpathy Plus and a new name deserves a new logo.

Over the years we have been developing our services and adding to our product offering – hence we felt it was time to develop our name in line with this growth.  Our new branding reflects these extra services.

Our core business is still delivering expert support and end-to-end consultancy in customer service and call/contact centres (people, process and systems/technology).

Plus we are providing further services capabilities such as the Contact Centre Benchmarking Survey in social housing that is now in its third year and growing steadily.

In addition we are offering new products based around strategic direction, performance improvement reviews and sourcing.
