Covid-19 has had an enormous effect on every organisation and in particular the people delivering customer service. During such challenging times, mental health issues related to the pandemic are a current hot topic. Organisations must consider the impact on the wellbeing of their most important asset; their people.

At Mpathy Plus we work with people at all levels. We know effort is being invested in the wellbeing of staff who interface with customers but there is a gap when it comes to those involved in managing and leading customer service teams. Mpathy Plus are able to provide this support.

We know that Managers can feel stuck between a rock and a hard place.
We know that Managers can feel isolated in their organisations, having nobody to talk to who really understands their individual role or the issues they face.

Whilst they are still responsible for delivering service to increasingly challenging customers, they are also under pressure to meet targets, motivate and manage their teams and support the organisation as it adapts  to the continuously changing environment.

We are offering courses of one to one video calls providing bespoke support/coaching to customer service leaders at all levels from Director to Supervisor.

Having been involved in customer service for over 25 years, we have the experience and understanding to provide the support required.

In addition to listening, we provide:

    • Technical support in resource planning systems etc
    • Critical friend services
    • Signposting to other services
    • Practical hints and tips based upon our experience.

The calls will take place on a weekly basis and will last 50 minutes each. The first will be an introductory  meeting where we will get to know each other and gain an understanding of the person and their role in the organisation.

The cost of this support is based upon booking a course of meetings paid for in advance as shown below:

12 week course = £999

6 week course = £575

3 week course = £300

This service is confidential and we will not provide feedback to anyone else in the organisation about what is discussed.
