Partner and Procurement Manager Mpathy Plus has extensive experience in the design and writing of user requirements at user, technical and commercial levels and has managed and directed many end-to-end projects. These projects range from the management of the supply and integration of contact centre systems and technology products and services such as VoIP telephony solutions. CRM and other application products from third party partners, right the way through to the outsourcing (and reintegration of previously outsourced operations back into the business) of customer service delivery capability to proven external partners – the latter being a key issue in terms of value and cost for the public sector. Our work covers any or all aspects of the structure, definition, writing and management of ITT/RFI/RFP processes, partner selection criteria, partner appointment, commercial and contractual terms as well as partner project and programme management through all stages of testing, installation, implementation and full operations. An example procurement process is outlined below (this also shows aspects of our programme/project management capabilities – a common feature of all the services offered by Mpathy Plus). Our involvement can be at various stages of the process or across the end-to-end partner management cycle. As well as providing this as specific capability within our portfolio, Mpathy Plus are often asked to become involved with Partner and Procurement Management as a result of our Strategic work or arising from our Performance Improvement Review product set.
