About Mpathy Plus

Experience and Background

Mpathy Plus was formed in 2005 and has been delivering consultancy and operational services to clients since then. With an initial focus to leverage our previous commercial experience to support clients in the public and third sectors, in 2010 we merged our private sector businesses with Mpathy to form Mpathy Plus. Our previous experience gave us a great platform from which to develop. We have good relationships across the contact centre industry and have a unique insight into specific areas. We are not grand theorists, we are experienced practitioners. Our success is based upon understanding the various complexities associated with delivering service to customers. With competence and skills across the whole spectrum of customer experiences, we support clients in developing and achieving their customer relationship ambitions.

We take a fresh, no nonsense and holistic approach to the customer experience, embracing all aspects and areas of the business which touch the customer at any stage of their journey. We recognise that every client is unique and demonstrate this through our flexible and adaptable approach. We acknowledge that it is our clients that will ultimately deliver services to their customers so we work with them to develop skills and tools to enable them to do so.

Our People

Mpathy Plus is led and managed by Martin Jukes. Supporting Martin are a number of Associates that have been selected because of their relevant experience and expertise. The Mpathy Plus business model enables us to use the best resources for the job. Associates are managed by a partner who retains overall responsibility for client delivery and satisfaction at all times. The aim of Mpathy Plus is to provide pragmatic and creative advice delivered by people with real experience in operational and implementation roles. Mpathy Plus Associates are people that we trust as customer service and contact centre experts.



Mpathy Plus has a wide range of skills and experience which supports all areas of work relating to Contact Centres and Customer Services. Our core competencies include Management Consulting, Operational Management, Project and Programme Management, Commercial Management and Strategic Management. We deliver these across a number of different disciplines including People, Process, Technology and the Environment that services are delivered from.
